Ramzan Ration Pack
A month's essential groceries delivered to households before Ramzan begins, with dignity and without queues.
Food prices rise sharply in the weeks before Ramzan, exactly when households need more. Our ration packs are assembled and delivered before the month begins, so families are not left waiting or queuing in public for help.
Each pack contains a month's staples for an average household: flour, rice, cooking oil, pulses, sugar, tea, dates and spices. Packs are delivered to the home by volunteers, which keeps the process private and lets us check on families we already know through the education and widows projects.
Recipients are drawn from our verified list, with priority given to widow-headed households and the families of students we support.
